The kit contains only 4 products which is all your skin needs to be healthy. The cleansing oil is used to wash the face in the morning and at night, always rinsing. Immediately after cleansing, we recommend using the Antiox Serum during the day + your favorite sunscreen and at night, after cleansing with the Method R Cleansing Oil, we recommend using your S Confort cream. The scrub is for weekly use and we recommend using it once a week very gently. You should not add any product before your day serum or night cream as they could reduce their effectiveness or even be incompatible. The Method R routine is very complete and the only thing that needs to be added is the photoprotector.

This is the recommended routine for pregnant women and all those people who have sensitive or sensitized skin, either because their skin is intolerant to most treatment active ingredients, because they have undergone treatment or are sensitized by the use of drugs such as chemotherapy.
