If you are between 20 and 35 years old and want to start taking care of your skin, we recommend our Young Skin Routine. It is a complete treatment with antioxidants and hydration for young skin

The main advantage of this routine is that it is minimalist, it has few products and few ingredients. It keeps your skin healthy and prevents aging without damaging it. Contains active ingredients such as niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and vitamin B5 in all steps of the routine. Moisturizes, repairs and protects the skin barrier.

Modo de uso:

Limpiar la piel por la mañana y por la noche. Humedecer la piel del rostro y agitar el S Foam, aplicar en la piel masajeando y retirar con abundante agua. A continuación aplicar en el rostro con el gel-crema tras la limpieza. Evitar el contacto con los ojos.

The scrub is for weekly use and we recommend using it 1 or 2 times a week, always very gently. You should not add any product before your day serum or night cream as they could reduce their effectiveness or even be incompatible. The Method R routine is very complete and the only thing that needs to be added is the photoprotector.

From what age is the Young Skin routine recommended?

From the age of 20, it is recommended to add an Antioxidant Serum to the routine to prevent the harmful effects of solar radiation, pollution or other toxic substances on the skin.

Does young skin need exfoliation?

Not much because young skin exfoliates itself. But a very gentle exfoliation once a week will allow the active ingredients in your creams to penetrate the skin better and will give you extra luminosity and freshness.
